RETURNS INFORMATION

Customers wanting to return items must Contact Us within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason for return. Refunds may take up to 14 days from arrival to be made and could take up to 3 further days for the payment to clear.

You are required to send items back to us at your own cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that parcels reach us. Customers are advised to keep safe a valid postage receipt for all returns with a tracking number.

Items must be complete, unused, and arrive in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
